The playground on level 2 has got to go. Being a staff member near this playground , is incredibly frustratin g and even exhausting to be trying to liase with cus I have multiple customers comment on the noise levels on a daily basis and I've even had occasions where customers have said they need to leave because they can't deal with it.

Not a good location to have this playground in considerin g it's near the more "up-market " retailers. I can't imagine how the retailers directly opposite it can cope with it! It's literally like a zoo enclosure. I went to Garden City on Friday, the 23rd of December to do some last minute shopping. As I went to leave at about 10pm or so I realized that I could not rememb I was so embarrasse d and just kept walking around looking. Decided to try Boxing Day sales here and was awesome. Concierge gentleman even gave us free parking. Lunch was beautiful and easy to fin Fast becoming my favourite centre all year round. Has everything you could want or need.

Changed alot since i was there last. The signage was useless. Massive centre now and there was only 2 customer service counters. One on each level. I ended up ringing centre management to get the answer to my question. Phone reception was crap in certain areas! The background music was nice but way too loud.

Needed alot more seating throughout the centre to sit and rest. Hopefully it improves before my next visit. Whenever that will be. Overall Garden City is a good place but there is way too many pushy sellers throughout and not enough parking, even on not busy days it is a struggle to find a It's ridiculous that we have to wait so long, especially because all you have to do is put in a bloody ticket and there are machines where you can pay before getting out and then we are stuck waiting behind people who can't put a stupid ticket in the machine.
