I started shopping there again. I got an apology from someone in management But I have no use for that one employee. There is never an excuse to be rude and mean. The store is filled with extremely nice staff and I just avoid that rude worker He will have to deal with himself and his own conscious.

I'm pretty late with this but still I chose their deli for my bridal shower order on October 22nd and the service and quality was beyond my expectations!! I'd gone in twice and both times I got to speak with the same 2 woman that actually remembered me and were incredibly kind and helpful! They even helped me decide the best and most realistic amount so I didn't overspend!

They were sweet, patient and informative and when the day came they helped my friend get all the food in my car without a word. All of my guests raved about the food and still talk about it!! The Nonas potato salad is the best I've ever had and the pinwheels were fantastic!

Everything was so fresh and delicious! If you are on the fence about ordering for an event or just dinner, just go in and try something, you will not be disappointed! So I'm a lifelong Stocktonian, but just recently moved around the Lincoln Village West area and have been frequenting Marina Market. Now I never thought of this store as a place that I would go to because of pricing, but because the convenience of living close by have learned that this store is APLUS.

It honestly has an old school market feeling when you walk in as if everyone knows your name I'm jumping on here though to plug the deli! And the price point for what you get is unheard of.

I challenge you to find a better, bigger and less expensive sandwich in town. Next time you're in the neighborhood stop my Marina Market it won't disappoint. I've found out that there are some great sandwich stops around Stockton, I've also found out that Brandon is very picky when it comes to sandwiches. However, Brandon swears by Marina's deli and I'll definitely have him asking me to pick up more sandwiches soon. I've only been there once and I'm hoping the experience improves on my second visit.

To grab sandwiches you go up to the deli and fill out a slip of paper, just like at Genova or Podesto's. They offer a lot of choices including avocado for an extra charge. They were pretty busy when we went in but we didn't mind waiting after hearing the rave reviews from B.

Some things that made this stop a three instead of a four was the lack of meat on the sandwich both podestos and genova give a lot more and that they forgot cheese and put onions instead of pickles on the sandwich. While onions are right next to pickles on the check list there's a big difference. I was glad I caught the mistake or I would have had stink breath the rest of the day.

This grocery store as a whole is great and the deli pickles are awesome! While my first experience with Marina's deli wasn't the best I'll definitely give them another try and hopefully I'll update my review really soon!

I don't buy a lot of my groceries here Bc they don't carry certain items that I prefer, but the store is always nice and clean, cashiers are friendly, pretty good deli I like the red potato salad and meat department.

The best thing IMO is their produce. The selection, quality, and price has me not buying from S-mart or Safeway.

Also it's a nice quick stop for any needs after working out nearby at Two words, coffee cake. This place is a gem to me. Best deli and meat dept. Also the manager will special order almost anything you can't find. I would give 0 stars for this run-down over-priced so-called grocery store. They accused my son who is legally blind and has special needs of stealing they searched his bag found nothing!! No apologies, kiss my ass nothing. This is the second time in a year they have done this and found nothing.

He goes to the gym right by there 3x a week he uses dial-a-ride so he has to be on time to catch his ride so he left the carrots he was going to purchase and an empty basket to go see if dial-a-ride was there which one employee Michelle said that leaving an empty cart is a red flag for shoplifting-really.

She also said she had him on video stealing a cork screw or can opener last week hmm Why didn't they search him then? I SHOULD SUE YOU!! He will never nor will anyone I know ever go back to your run-down over-priced store. This place has become my new favorite grocery store!

Not only are they the friendliest people in town, from the meat department, to the bakery, to the checker, we've had outstanding friendly service! Their grocery products are high quality too. We will be doing most of our grocery shopping there from now on! It's always clean and the produce looks good. I'll come here when I need a quick item or two before heading home. I haven't tried anything from the deli, but I'm usually there because I'm getting ingredients for cooking at home.

The best market in town- freshest produce, will get you any cut of meat from the burger, great gluten free products. They carry a wide variety. Service is top notch. This store is local, well managed, and provides a perfect alternative to the big chain grocery stores. They have everything I need, and a staff that is kind, attentive, and professional. That's what my sister who bakes a lot says. So for my husband's 39th Birthday, I got him their chocolate rum cake with slivered almonds on the outside.

They told us that the rum in the cake is not the alcoholic liquor anymore. They now use an extract, which is like vanilla so kids can eat it too. Well, the kids ended up not liking the flavor after all. Haven't really grocery shopped in the store But 5 stars for the deli!

Best turkey sandwich in town. Fill out a little piece of paper with what you want, hand it over, and bam The turkey melts in your mouth So tender and not over processed! And I've tried a couple of there deli salads which are delicious as well! Good service and all the people are friendly. The counter service in the meat and deli departments is exceptional. Walking distance from everyone, homey feel, and a great place to shop for that item or 2 when you forgot to pick up soap or sugar at Safeway. The grill master BBQ's on Sunday and I have yet to taste his fixings, but my uncle tells me it is quite good.

The prices are a bit on the high side and their selection of course cannot match Raley's, Safeway, and the other big box grocers. Bought some chicken at marina market seasoned and ready to bbq absolutely the worst tough chicken i have ever purchased in my life ruined my evening. Fresh produce, good cuts of meat. Pricey all around on products though, you might be better off driving a little farther to Safeway or Walmart to get your money's worth. Step it up in the deli. The last three times I have gone in for a sandwich, I was disappointed.

There is one older woman with glasses who is insanely rude to me every time. I actually get glad when she isn't there. Last time I was in there, she made my sandwich so sloppy and had major attitude the whole time. It was as if she hated me or something. I went in for a sandwich yesterday and got it on a sweet roll.

When I got home and went to eat it, the bread was stale. Hard as a rock. I was literally socking my sandwich softly and it wasn't cracking. Next time I'll just go to podestos.
