For me, check the AH price patterns: See if there's price spikes throughout the week! Also consider levelling another profession, as the raw materials may not be as profitable as the craftables.

Get all R2s so you can get the R3 Felwort quest, which allows seeds to be obtained when harvesting any Broken Shore herb.
R2s are not nearly as rare as R3s are, so it shouldn't take you long. I was also using demonsteel stirrups for a while because my main is a blacksmith, which are nice because you can use any mount, but they're pretty expensive in terms of mats.
