It will be a bit long, as this from a real person, who did actually use the service. It is broken down into a short summary call the Executive Summary, and a longer review called the Detailed Summary. I am one of Keith's disciplined followers, and I do not receive compensation from BOTS nor Keith Mann. We attended the live trading everyday of the week, but after the beginning of the 2nd week, we had enough, and stopped trading.
We did not make any profit, but also no great losses either. Have a read of our experience below, and make up your own mind. Please read the Detailed Summary below for more insight.
My rating of the BOTS service ranked from , 5 being the best, 1 being the worst: They get kudos for refunding our money immediately, as we stopped it within 14 days. Effectiveness of the service: We did actually place trades [a total of 5 trades between us in two weeks], therefore can speak about the service.
We did not make any profit, but also no great losses. But he ain't offering it Not that the idea of this type service is a bad, quite the contrary actually. Unless the actual viewing of the charts is changed, and the trader is changed out soon, I cannot recommend anyone to pay good money for BOTS.

We wanted to see what we could learn from Franco and to see, well, if we could make some mindless money by using it. As Keith mentions here in his review of BOTS, we wanted to see, if we could earn some real money from live trading signals. Thank goodness, we only paper-traded, and then used small amounts of money. We used real money, as paper trading does not give the same experience during trading.
Boy, was that ever a mistake! To begin, allow me to give you an idea, as to what awaits you, when you join BOTS. To be very blunt, we were confused with the BOTS service from the start. All that you get, when you sign up initially is a login to a WordPress blog, where you have to find the members login at the very bottom of the blog; i.
No instructions, no files about how to begin, no signal setups etc. If you have used Keith's service already, you know he is giving you everything from the very beginning, to include videos, setups, indicators, explanations et al, and all that for free. Next, this is not a 'signals service', whereby they send you signals, rather you log into a chat room and and watch Franco trade about 10 assets for 2 hours, 5 days a week.
So, we thought that bit was good. When you log on, there is a lot of chatting going on by Franco himself with people entering text messages to him.
So, a lot of 'banter' back and forth, but to be expected from a good, tight team. What you see on the monitor is actually Franco's charts on his desktop, and therein lies the first issue we found with BOTS, you cannot see his charts clearly at all!
We tried everything to get the screen to size up, to make his charts larger, but we just could not see them, even on a 36" monitor too! He provides his Skype name and email, but he never accepted my invite, so that I could ask him to make the screen clearer, and he never answered any of my emails asking him to improve the view of his charts et al.
So, it was a bad customer experience there too. The next experience we had was with the BOTS charts and indicators "indies". So, then you go off to set up your own charts, during the live trading, which is a poor attitude to new traders.
OK, we thought, fair enough, you need to protect you intellectual property aka "IPR", so being in the team room itself, and watching Franco trade should be enough to make a lot of great trades, right? To be honest and in fairness to BOTS, those indicators are one of the best parts of BOTS, and would be interesting for our team here. But therein lies the next big issue we found Let's talk about the actual live trade signals BOTS, the reason for signing up in the first place.
As I mentioned above, there is a lot banter from Franco in the team room. He is a Italo-Canadian, and tries his bad Italian out on the poor Italians that joined the service. This would not be so bad, but he misses trade setups, whilst blathering on in Italian, both of which are annoying. In the file Franco sends to you during trading, they actually tell you to only text to Franco in English, so go figure!
They also tell you, how Franco is to call the actual trade signals. If he sees the "Ultimate Trade Setup", he will call it out plainly The way he runs the room is chaotic at best. He states things like; "Now, there is the Ultimate Trade Setup, guys! So, then you have several people in the room texting, "WTF?!? He has so many bells and whistles going off, at one point, we just shut off the sound! OK, we have our COG alerts et al, but at least they signal one thing!
The BOTS audible alerts were like a bad children's music group, if you know what I mean! The printed arrows and the dot were actually a good idea, as were those momentum indies, IF you would have ever been able to see bloody things!
So, as you can see from above, there were some good things that we as a team could adopt for our style of trading, but also a warning to those considering joining the service.
